A Step-by-Step Guide for Your Transition to Righteous Community . . .

ree

A Journey of Faith and Diligence This 6-month plan is a practical roadmap for your family’s spiritual and physical journey in your move from Babylon to Yawd (Righteous Community). Each step is grounded in the principles of the seven-fold covenant of Shabuwa and the Law of Consecration.

The goal of this period is not just relocation, but a complete transformation in heart, mind, and action, preparing your family to be the foundational seed of a righteous community.

📍Milestone 1: Spiritual Foundation & Unified Calling Objective: To achieve absolute unity and spiritual confirmation as a family that this is the will of Anokeesed. Week 1: First Family Council of Inquiry.

As the Watchman, gather your family and introduce the subject of moving to a righteous community or establishing one. Initiate daily readings from the Books of Remembrance as well as the Handbook of Established Righteousness, which can be found in our Reference Library, to establish a solid grounding on the religion of Shabuwa.

Openly discuss the meaning and implications of this path. Allow every family member, including your daughters, to express their feelings, hopes, and fears. Week 2: Establish Prayer & Fasting.

Consecrate your home as a House of Prayer. Establish a non-negotiable family routine of morning and evening prayer, specifically petitioning for clarity on the move to Yawd.

Undertake a family fast (appropriate to each member's age and health) with the sole purpose of seeking a unified spiritual witness. Week 3: Specific Doctrinal Study.

Begin a family study of the Book of Remembrance of Melchizedek, focusing on the principles of the covenant of Shabuwa. Ensure the foundational doctrines are understood and embraced by all. Week 4: Council of Unity.

Hold a second family council. Bear witness one to another of the spiritual confirmations received during the month. You must achieve a unanimous, peaceful, and joyful agreement to proceed. Do not move to the next phase until this unity is achieved. 📍Milestone 2: Governance, Planning & Inventory Objective: To establish your family's preliminary governance structure and create a transparent accounting of all temporal affairs. Week 5: Establish Family Governance.

Formally recognize roles based on the Handbook of Established Righteousness:

  • Watchman (Husband/Father): Spiritual head, teacher of the covenant, final arbiter in council.

  • Deaconess (Rib/Wife/Mother): Manager of temporal affairs, planning, finances. and family nurturing

  • Children: Assign age-appropriate roles in record-keeping, household management, and skills development. Begin a family journal to record all decisions and spiritual insights.

Week 6: Family Skills Assessment.

As a family, complete Form 1: Family Skills & Roles Assessment from the Yawd Starter Pack. Honestly assess your collective talents (e.g., gardening, teaching, administration, practical repairs etc) and identify areas where you may need to learn or seek assistance upon arrival. Week 7 & 8: The Consecration Inventory.

This is a sacred act of accounting. With utmost honesty, complete the first two parts of Form 2: Asset Consecration & Pledge.

  • Part A: Assets: List every asset your family possesses (home, vehicles, bank accounts, investments, valuable items).

  • Part B: Liabilities: List every debt owed (mortgage, loans, credit cards).

📍Milestone 3: Legal & Logistical Preparations Objective: To begin the orderly and wise process of detaching from your current life while preparing for the new one. Week 9: Legal Counsel.

Begin remote consultations with a reputable lawyer. Discuss the legal requirements for diaspora citizens returning, land acquisition, and the best legal structure for the Yawd (e.g., a Trust or PVO) to hold property in common. Week 10: The Plan of Disposal.

Based on your asset inventory, create a diligent, prayerful plan for selling your property. This is not a fire sale. The goal is to receive a fair value for your offering. Begin with initial steps like getting property valuations. Week 11: Create a Detailed Budget.

Use Form 4: Monthly Budget & Contributions as a template to create a comprehensive budget covering: relocation costs (flights, shipping), land acquisition costs, and a "landing fund" for at least the first 6-12 months of living expenses. Week 12: Documentation & Logistics.

Use the Departure Preparations Checklist from the Starter Pack. Ensure all passports are valid, begin sorting personal items for shipping, and research international movers. 📍Milestone 4: Site Selection & Confirmation Objective: To identify and receive spiritual confirmation on the specific piece of land for the Yawd. Week 13-14: Remote Scouting.

Based on the report identifying the Eastern Highlands, begin researching available properties online. Focus on the criteria from Checklist A: Site Selection Criteria (Water, Fertility, Seclusion, Legal Title). Week 15-16: The Scouting Trip.

It is highly recommended that Watchman travels to designated Yawd location for a dedicated on-location scouting trip. Physically walk the shortlisted properties. Take soil samples, test water sources, and speak with local authorities and neighbors. This is a critical due diligence step. Week 17: Family Council for Confirmation.

The Watchman presents the findings to the family. With photos, videos, and all available information, the family enters another period of dedicated prayer and fasting, seeking Anokeesed's final confirmation on one specific property. Week 18: Make an Offer.

Once a unified spiritual witness is received, instruct your legal counsel to begin the formal process of making an offer and acquiring the land under your established legal entity. 📍Milestone 5: Final Consecration & Departure Preparations Objective: To complete the disposal of assets, settle all debts, and finalize all logistical arrangements for the move. Week 19-22: Execute the Plan of Disposal.

This is the most intensive period of practical work. Finalize the sale of your home, vehicles, and other non-essential items. Week 23: Settle All Debts.

From the proceeds, pay every outstanding liability in full (where possible). You must aim for your family to arrive at Yawd free and clear of all worldly incumbrances. Week 24: Determine the Residue & Finalize Family Pledge.

After all assets are liquidated and all debts are paid and travel effects and expenses have been finalised, the final sum remaining is the Consecrated Residue.

Complete and sign Form 2: Asset Consecration & Pledge as a family, formally documenting your offering to the common treasury. Finalize shipping and book your travel. 📍Milestone 6: The Move & The Altar of Establishment Objective: To physically relocate and officially inaugurate the Yawd. Week 25: Arrival & Initial Setup.

Arrive and travel to your new land. Your first priorities are guided by Checklist C: Initial Site Setup.

  1. Establish temporary shelter.

  2. Secure and protect your water source.

Immediately consecrate a space as your House of Prayer and build an altar. Week 26: The Inauguration Ceremony.

At the end of the first week, on the 7th Day Sabbath, gather as a family at your new altar. Use the Yawd Inauguration Ceremony Guide to formally dedicate the land, your family, and your consecrated substance to Anokeesed.

This act officially begins the Yawd. Your new life in the covenant of Shabuwa has begun. . .
